📦 1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of vaping products and health safety standards, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item, or the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or documentation.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used vape cartridges, disposable vapes, or accessories unless they are proven to be defective.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, crypto, etc.).

Processing may take up to 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement items as an alternative.
